Hello Friends and Neighbors, and welcome to our website. My name is Tim and I have been a native to Hendersonville for 33 years. My wife Nancy and I are now 'empty nesters' except for our two cats, Seamus and Domino. We lead an active lifestyle which includes treasuring our beautiful mountains and assisting those less fortunate in our community. After assisting in recovery efforts after hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, I am even more proud of our great country.

I am a graduate of The Center for Massage and Natural Health located in Asheville. Since completing my 600 hours of training in 2002 I have become a licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist (#3752) in North Carolina. In addition I am also Nationally Certified (#387657). I also have certification in Medical Massage with over 60 hours of CEU's.

I have a passion for what I do and enjoy performing all types of massage therapy, whether it's deep tissue, Swedish or sports massage. I especially enjoy working with clients who are physically hurting, those with stress and/or muscle pulls or bruises. In addition to muscle manipulation I can incorporate Hot Stones or Cupping to achieve the desired results.

Since graduating I have developed an interest for Essential Oils and their effects on the body. I have tested the use of these essential oils to eliminate body fat and cellulite as opposed to using commercial brands that use harsh chemicals. As a result of the testing, I have developed a "Fat Attack" treatment program that will take off 3", 4", 5" from the waist, hips or thighs. After going through the program the usual client comment has been 'my clothes fit me much better'. Due to the powerful nature of these oils, I also developed a variety of Aromatherapy wraps utilizing them, whether it's Relaxing, Detoxifying or Stimulating. They are also incorporated into the Salt Glows to smooth and exfoliate the body and get rid of dead and dry skin cells. I am educated and skilled for various mud wraps that tone, detox or hydrate the skin.

My newest treatment is the Thai Herbal Compress technique. This healing practice dates back nearly 5000 years and has been handed down from one generation to the next. While it has been available in the western United States for several years, it is now available right here in Hendersonville.
