Hello there, I'm Missy and I've spent 3 wonderful years here at The Salon and Day Spa, and 6 years in the beauty industry. The majority of my education is in Framesi (an Italian Color Company), and Redken, which has allowed me to build a large color and highlight clientele. I am also very experienced with wedding parties and up-do's. To put it simply, I love doing hair! I am an upbeat and positive kind of person so I cherish being in a good mood, and I enjoy seeing my clients leave the same way!

I am a newlywed that just married in Lake Lure, NC. Justin and I had a gorgeous day for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the water. We have been together for over 6 years and spent almost 2 years planning this wedding, so we are glad to finally be married and starting our lives together as husband and wife. He works at FedEx Ground and loves his job there. He was born in Seattle, Washington and moved with his family to Chimney Rock, NC when he was a teenager. We met a few years later through mutual friends in our small town and became inseparable from day one. Me ?, I am originally from Sarasota, Florida and we moved to Lake Lure when I was 10 years old. I went to school in Rutherfordton, but finished my education at Blue Ridge College.

We are pet lovers and have 2 doggies at home; one is a Chihuahua named Posie and a lab mix named Lily, which were both adopted and rescued from shelters. My other loves include spending time with family, reading, cooking, photography, gardening and of course shopping. My parents still live in Lake Lure so I get to see them regularly. Justin comes from a large family with lots of siblings, nieces and nephews so we spend a lot of time together. Summertime means water fun on Lake Lure, boating, tubing, swimming and having BBQ's with our friends and family.

We live in Hendersonville, where we've been for almost 5 years now, and we just love not only everything it offers but the gorgeous mountains and scenery. We are blessed to live in this area. Hendersonville also has that small town feel to it, people are friendly and its a safe place to live. We believe it will be a great place to raise children in the future for us.
